The inspiration for the William Morris Blackthorn Enamel Earrings comes from Blackthorn (1892), a block-printed wallpaper design. William Morris (1834–1896) was associated with the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood, and a founder of the British Arts & Crafts Movement. The acclaimed designer, artist, and writer was a major contributor to the revival of traditional British textile arts and methods of production. The botanical motif wallpaper featuring rambling blooms and lush fruits is now in The Met Museum's collection. Surgical steel ear posts. Diameter: 0.625". Clean with a damp cloth and dry with a soft, clean cloth.
